Welcome to Alsup German Shepherds in Azle, Texas. For more than five years, our small, family program has focused on producing AKC long coat German Shepherds for loving homes across the United States—whether as devoted family companions, promising show prospects, or capable protection partners.
Every litter is whelped and raised in our home here in Texas. We handle the puppies daily and guide them through age-appropriate socialization so the transition to their new families feels natural. Our priority is simple: sound health, stable nerves, and confident temperaments.
At seven weeks, we temperament match each puppy to the right home and use Volhard testing to support that decision, helping new owners start strong from day one.
Health is central to what we do at Alsup. Puppies go home at eight weeks, vet-examined, with age-appropriate vaccinations, and backed by our five-year genetic health guarantee. Our German Shepherds are known for excellent character around children, along with the rich black-and-red pigment many families love.
As a leading German Shepherd breeder in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, we also offer imported puppies and can assist with importing select adult German Shepherds. On occasion, our imported males are available at stud to approved females.
We provide nationwide delivery, including flight nanny, ground, and cargo options to all 50 states.
